    CAN I GET A REFUND?

    Yes- we offer refunds up until December 31st, 2024. No refunds will be processed after that date.

    DO YOU OFFER DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKETS?

    Thank you for thinking responsibly and, YES, we offer designated driver tickets as an add-on ticket. In order to purchase a DD ticket, you must be accompanied by someone with a VIP or GA ticket

    DO I HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE?

    Yes. By law, everyone must be 21 years or older to attend this event. Children, toddlers, and babies are not allowed inside the festival grounds. ​

    HOW MANY SAMPLES DO I GET?

    Your ticket includes all of your samples, there is no cap on the amount of samples you can receive. All pours will be 2oz.

    ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

    Unfortunately no. Children are NOT permitted within the festival space, this includes any Designated Drivers. Everyone who enters the event must be 21 years or older.

    ARE PETS ALLOWED?

    Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.

    WHEN IS LAST POUR?

    Serving will stop 10 minutes prior to the event's conclusion.

    I LOST MY ID, WHAT OTHER DOCUMENTATION IS ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF AGE?

    If you cannot locate your driver's license, other forms of acceptable proof of age include your passport or other state issued ID.

    HOW CAN A DUPLICATE TICKET PURCHASE CHARGE BE ADJUSTED?

    If when checking out you received a notice that we were unable to process your payment, it's possible that the transaction was declined due to failed address verification. When this happens, your bank may still authorize the charge and therefore show in your bank account, but know that in this case the charge will not settle and should clear within a few business days.

    I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKET. CAN A DISCOUNT CODE BE APPLIED?

    Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

    CAN I CHANGE MY TICKETS TO ANOTHER SESSION?

    We are unable to switch tickets to a different session. We can refund your tickets & then you can purchase tickets to the other session if it is not sold out.

    I LOST MY TICKET. CAN I GET IN WITH MY ID?

    No, you must have a ticket in hand or on your phone with the unique barcode.

    I DON'T DRINK BUT WOULD STILL LIKE TO ATTEND. DO YOU OFFER A NON-DRINKER TICKET?

    Yes, Designated Driver tickets are $10 but are available at the door only. Even if we are sold out in advance, DD tickets will still be available at the door.

    ARE DISCOUNT CODES AVAILABLE?

    We do offer a variety of discount codes via social media, email blasts, etc. But discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

    DO PRICES INCREASE AT ANY TIME?

    Yes, prices start low and raise as the event gets closer.

    HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

    When tickets go on sale, you'll just need to hit the BUY TICKETS button!

    A BREWERY THAT WAS ON YOUR WEBSITE WASN'T AT THE FESTIVAL. WHAT HAPPENED?

    Unfortunately, sometimes life happens and breweries are unable to make it due to staffing shortages or scheduling issues.

    WHEN WILL THE BEER LIST BE PUBLISHED?

    Typically the beer list is posted 7-10 days prior to the event.

    WHY ISN'T MY FAVORITE BREWERY AT THE EVENT?

    With our open brewery policy, all are invited! But sometimes they aren't available or we can't reach the right person. Feel free to pass along that their beer will be purchased and there's no fee at all for them to participate!

    HOW DO I GET MY BREWERY INVOLVED?

    We have an open brewery policy! We'll feature your brewery, purchase the beer and there's no table fee! Fill out our form right here with your information and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    WHAT DO SPONSORS RECEIVE?

    Vendors will receive an 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Electricity is typically an additional charge.

    HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR AT YOUR EVENT?

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MY VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT?

    You'll receive an email three weeks prior to the event and again the week of the event.

    CAN I VOLUNTEER WITH MY FRIENDS?

    Absolutely! Share the volunteer application link with your friends and we'll do our best to place you together.

    WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AS A VOLUNTEER?

    You'll receive a t-shirt (sizes S-XL available) and a souvenir sampling glass.

    WHAT WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AS A VOLUNTEER?

    Volunteers will either be responsible for pouring, icing down beer or helping out at the gates.

    DO I HAVE TO BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO VOLUNTEER?

    Yes, you do!
